Everyone has their own story to tell. Give them a journal, not even a blank piece of paper left for them to write their stories. The story may vary from the deepest pit of darkness until the joyous one. So, here I am, writing a little piece of what people say, a tiny bit of my experience going through a tremendous, hectic year.
It all started in 2011. I was studying at Sekolah Kebangsaan Sultan Sulaiman 1 at that time in my fifth grade. If I ask my friends now, whether they believe that I was once an athlete and was-and still-very passionate of playing netball, I am sure they would laugh at me, well, I understand looking at how my body looks like now. Yes, I was once elected to be in MSSM Terengganu team for national level. This is when my story gets interesting.
I was the youngest one to be chosen to be in the team. Imagine to be away from my family which was in Penang when I was such at a young age and could not engage with my family through a phone call for 2 and half weeks. I didn't know how to make friends at that time looking at the age gap between us, team members.
Somehow, through ups and downs, I managed to get through it. I had a little fun though because my coach knew how to enlighten us by bringing us to the Penang Fun Fair Park! That was my first time ever going there. I didn't get to experience that many of rides, but I managed to ride as the picture below (because I don't know what it is called):
I had so much fun riding it. But time was not on our side at that time so we had to get back early. It's okay though. At least, I got to ride something.
Alright, let's rewind to my original topic. A day after going to Penang Fun Fair Park, we had a netball tournament. My position in the game was a goal attacker. Thanks to the Lord, my team, at least won 2 out of 5 games. We didn't make it to final, though, but we were more than being so thankful because our opponents' match were far than our reach.
